Refund policy
Our ultimate objective is making our customers happy and 100% satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with a generous return policy on our sold products. We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so in the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made returning products quick and easy! You may return (most) products for a full merchandise refund within 30 days of purchase unless specified so during time of purchase.
Buyer may return any product to Pacific Electrical Resource and which is not a special order item if:
We do not offer return shipment labels unless item is defective or damaged. Upon return and inspection, we reverse the transaction and you are credited back on your tender type originally paid.
EXCHANGES
Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back the item and let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.
DAMAGES AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RESTOCKING FEE
Items received not in new, resellable condition may incur up to 20% restocking fee.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
